Hey there!

We're Jeff & Brittany, two wine-loving travelers (or travel-loving wine-Os depending on the day!) and here you'll find the ins and outs of our journey. We share our best travel tips and must see locations, under the radar wines, hidden restaurants, and hints to taste wine like a pro across the globe. So, fellow Vino Vagabond, grab a glass (or two) and lets hit the road! Cheers!

Vegetable Patch Evolution: Seeds to Salads!

Vegetable Patch Evolution: Seeds to Salads!

As our departure from France creeps ever closer, we've taken a look back at some of the coolest things we've done. By far, the most rewarding project of our gardening experiences has been planting, tending to and harvesting our very own vegetable patch. This wasn't just a few pots or herbs either, this was a vegetable garden fit for a restaurant. We sowed TONS of different veggies and given the Eden-esque Mediterranean climate, nearly everything flourished and produced amazing fruit.  We planted Aubergines (eggplants), Courgettes (zucchini), onions, carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, green beans, cucumbers, beets, sweet potatoes and 60 heads of lettuce!
